Yesterday afternoon I met up with Andrew and Julia for a combination surprise proposal and engagement photo session at Snoqualmie Falls. Of course, if Julia had said “no” when Andrew proposed it would have been a short session! Fortunately for all concerned this was not the case. We lucked out and had a gorgeous day, the warmest so far this year in Seattle, hitting maybe 65F. Really not all that warm when you think about it, but after the miserable cold and rain we’ve endured recently it really did feel like spring was making a brief appearance.
I’ll go into a lot more detail about the session when I get my full blog posting up, but for now I at least want to say how much fun it was working with Julia and Andrew. This was their first time visiting Snoqualmie Falls, and I had a great time giving them a (rather brief) tour of the area, as well as giving them a bit of the history of the Falls and the power plants located there.
Check back in a couple of days and I’ll have a complete blog post of the session, as well as a lot more photos!
