Sneak Peek – Mandy and Rob get married at Ray’s Boathouse

It has been a rather busy and crazy weekend, with weddings on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.  Mandy and Rob’s was the Monday wedding, and it was a much smaller affair than the two weddings I had photographed on Saturday and Sunday, with only 11 family members in attendance.  The wedding took place at Ray’s Boathouse, which is an excellent venue for a wedding for almost any size group.

After a very sunny and warm weekend, we had weather much more in line with what is typical for Seattle in early July, with overcast skies and cooler temperatures.  But it made no difference, as Rob and Mandy had an outstanding ceremony with a gorgeous backdrop of Puget Sound.

After the ceremony I went with the newlyweds to the nearby Ballard Locks to take some photos, and then to a small beach near Ray’s to finish things up.  I’ll have a lot more photos for you to see when I do my full blog posting (which I hope will happen soon!), but for now you just get a couple of photos to what your appetite.
