Happy First Wedding Anniversary to Trevor and Aurora!

I would like to wish a very happy first anniversary to Trevor and Aurora Tivey, married on July 18, 2015 at the Thyme Gardens in Alsea, OR.  For those of you who do not know where Alsea is (and until this wedding I was one of you), it is located in the hills just west of Corvallis.  Beautiful venue for a wedding, but also potentially a very HOT venue.  On this date the temperature was over 100 for the the ceremony, and did not cool until the evening.  I’m sure glad I was not one of the poor guys who had to wear a tuxedo in those conditions!

This was probably my favorite wedding of the season.  I was there for three days, with a special wedding related event each day; first the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, then the wedding and reception and finally a special “day after” brunch at a park in Corvallis.  Truly a lot of fun, and a very memorable event.  If you have not seen the photos from the wedding click on this link to see them.
