Happy Anniversary Epiphany and Jesse!

Just a year ago on September 1, 2018 I photographed Epiphany and Jesse’s amazing wedding at the Clearwater Resort (click on the link to see the entire wedding!).  This wedding was the highlight of my 2018 wedding season, and ranks right at the top of the 1200 plus weddings that I have photographed over my career.

The wedding had a strong Samoan theme, reflecting Epiphany’s ancestry, and this showed up in numerous parts of the wedding and reception.  I have been photographing weddings for almost 40 years and I have never seen dancing like I saw at this reception!  The photo below shows Epiphany, dressed in traditional Samoan attire, during the craziest Money Dance I have ever photographed!  If you look closely you’ll also see Jesse, a bit behind Epiphany on the left side of the photo, and also dressed appropriately for this dance.  What a fantastic party!
