Happy Anniversary to Sree and Josh, married at the Seattle Courthouse

I want to send wishes for a very happy first wedding anniversary to Sree and Josh.  They had a very cool double ceremony embracing both Hindu and Western cultures.  The first part of the wedding was an Indian ceremony held at the Hindu Temple and Cultural Center in Bothell.  This was a wonderful and very elaborate ceremony.  If you have never been to an Indian wedding ceremony you really need to look at the photos.  The clothing of both men and women are very colorful, and the temple setting is incredible.  Very different from your typical Western wedding ceremony!

The second part of the wedding took place a few hours later at the Seattle Municipal Courthouse.  This was a much simpler ceremony, conducted by a judge in a beautiful room with a fantastic view over south Seattle, as you can see in the photo below.
